Special offers of accommodation for BBFS2005 Delegates

December will be a high season in Hong Kong because there will be a number of international exhibitions and conferences in Hong Kong in December, e.g. World Trade Organization Conference and the 13 th Hong Kong International Jewelry Manufacturers Exhibition. In order to avoid any difficulties you may experience with the booking of suitable accommodation for the symposium period, we have block reserved some rooms in the following hotels at the special prices indicated below:

1) New World Renaissance Hotel

Daily Room Rate:
 HK$1,000 (single or twin) per night + 13 % tax and service charge

2) Pruton Prudential Hotel

Daily Room Rate:
HK$860 (single or twin) per night
3) Stanford Hillview Hotel
Daily Room Rate:
HK$770 (single or twin) per night

If you would like to book any of the above, please complete the form and fax it to the IIFC Secretariat at +852 2334 6389 before 15 October 2005. For each successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days. Any amendment or cancellation of booking would need to be made no later than 20 October 2005 . After this date, any cancellation/ amendment will incur a penalty of a one-night charge.
